Frequently Asked Questions

We operate on a "first come, first serve" basis, so lead times to get your product may vary. However, there are times when one project has to be put on pause so that glue and/or paint/stain could dry, which allows us to work on other projects.

We charge a non-refundable 50% deposit to cover material costs, so should the customer change their mind for any reason, we aren't holding the bag.
You pay the remainder just prior to the time of delivery. It is your resposibility to ensure you have permission to place one of our creations at your residence if you rent a space.

We accept Square payments through the site, Venmo, Zelle, cash, or money orders. We also accept checks for the deposit, but will wait however long it takes for it to clear before beginning work on your project. We do not accept checks for the final payment.
