A 50% deposit is required before custom work begins so materials can be purchased and time can be reserved for your project. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has started. The remaining balance is due before delivery, pickup, or final handoff. If you rent or lease your space, it is your responsibility to confirm that you are allowed to place the item there.

Card payments can be completed securely through Square on the site. For custom orders, Venmo, Zelle, cash, money order, or check may be accepted by arrangement. Checks are accepted for deposits only, and work will begin after the check has cleared. Final payments cannot be made by check.

Digital downloads are made available in your dashboard after payment is completed. Sign in and open the Downloads area to access any files included with your purchase. If a file is missing, damaged, or not opening correctly, please contact us with your order details so we can help.

Receipt emails may link directly to your secure Square receipt. If your order includes digital downloads, those files are available in your Hollywood Creations dashboard after payment. Physical-only orders may not have anything to download.

Some physical items may be available for direct checkout. Larger custom items may require a conversation first so timing, delivery, price, and expectations are clear before payment. If a custom item needs manual approval, we will discuss the details with you and then add the agreed item to your cart.

Card payments are processed by Square. Hollywood Creations does not store your full card number. If you choose to save a card for future purchases, the saved card is stored and managed through Square, and the site only keeps the secure reference needed to use it again.

Physical orders require a shipping or delivery address. The address used for a completed order is saved securely with that order so we know where it was meant to go. You may also choose to save a default shipping address with Square for faster checkout next time. Delivery notes are kept with the order and may not appear on the Square receipt.

Some digital plans may include recommended materials or supply links to help you build the project. These links are provided for convenience, and some may be affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Hollywood Creations may earn from qualifying purchases, at no additional cost to you.

You can manage your newsletter subscription from the Newsletter Preferences link in the footer or from the unsubscribe/manage links included in newsletter emails. You do not need a customer account to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Cancellation and refund options depend on the type of order and how far along the work is. Custom deposits become non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has started.
